I learned about this special edition on AG with an article of Hertj94. Now I found the first one the site right here in KC. One of only 6 build, as a 2012 model but with the performance of the 2013 models, 616 horsepower, revised shift and throttle logic, and a retuned exhaust. The roof, front splitter, rear deck lid and inner surfacing of the wheels are all in black, while carbon fiber rear vents and front fender louvers are the biggest visual changes on the exterior. The driver door has the Project Alpha plate but since you can't see it on the outside the owner of this McLaren made us aware what it is with the license plate "PRALPHA". The car has about $75,000 in upgrades and was sold new for $335,000. The car is located in Kansas City but it drives on Montana plates for tax purposes.
