I first found this 2018 Porsche 991 Targa 4 GTS MkII parked on Greenwich Avenue on 10/28/2018 (photos 2-6). I found it again driving down Greenwich Avenue along with a Porsche 991 Carrera S Cabriolet MkII on 1/12/2019 (photos 1 and 7-10). I will link the other Porsche in the comments below.
