It depends from which Mafia, the huge bosses usually have descreet cars, for example the big boss of Sicilian mafia Messina Denaro owned an Alfa Romeo Giulietta haha, gipsy mafia or Camorra from Napoli sometimes own more flashy cars, while in Napoli I've seen some suspicious guys driving spotworthy cars like RS6s, RS3s, RS Q8s, RS Q3s and M3 G80s, this kind of stuff.
