This is definitely one of my more unique spots, a Ford RS200 Evolution model. Of the 200 RS200s produced, only 24 or so evolution models were created, and only a handful survived, and even less were imported into the United States! We were driving through Winnetka and I saw this filling up at a gas station and I immediately pulled over. The car was all original as well, only 2,000 miles! With a 0-60 time of 3 seconds this car was faster than the Ferrari F40, and the Porsche 959 it was competing against at the time, all I can say is wow! I would have taken more pictures, but I didn't want to be rude while the owner was talking to us

Buiten de lage productie-aantallen is er nog een tweede reden waarom je 'm bijna nooit ziet rijden: de motor moet bij dit echte rallykanon bij manier van spreken elke 100km gereviseerd worden, en goedkoop is dat natuurlijk niet ;-)
